GENERAL INFORMATION
Savix srl (hereinafter referred to as “SAVIX” or “Company”) provides you, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), with some information relating to the processing of your personal data that may be carried out when you visit the website www.eeclip.com or other websites owned and/or affiliated and/or in some way related to SAVIX srl (hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Site”) (paragraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4)), or when you use the newsletter service (paragraph 5)).
The term “personal data” has the meaning proposed by the personal data legislation and means any information relating to a natural person that could be used, directly or indirectly, for his/her identification.
The term ‘personal data legislation’ means the Regulation as supplemented and amended, including the relevant Recitals, the national legislation in force, including the measures issued by the supervisory authority where applicable, as well as any codes of conduct.
The terms “processing”, “data controller”, “data processor”, “joint data controllers”, “personal data” (including “special categories of data”), “data subjects”, “third parties”, “recipients”, “third countries”, “personal data breach”, “supervisory authority”, are used in the meaning and with the meaning attributed to them by the provisions of the personal data legislation in force, to which reference is made.
COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names or the type of devices used by users connecting to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
SAVIX will process your Personal Data for the purposes of technical administration of the Site, in order to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and they are deleted immediately after processing for such purposes.
DATA RELATING TO A PURCHASE OF SAVIX PRODUCTS/SERVICES
If you make a purchase of SAVIX products/services, the personal data you provide during the process related to the transaction (“Purchase Data”) will be processed by SAVIX, as data controller, in order to
process your order and deliver the products you have purchased;
verify that the information provided for the purposes of the transaction is complete, valid, correct and not fraudulent;
manage the contractual relationship with customers and provide after-sales service, as well as provide technical support to customers in order to register on the Site and/or conclude a purchase order and/or after the conclusion of a purchase order
comply with legal obligations arising from tax and accounting regulations, as well as any other regulations that SAVIX must comply with as a seller.
For the purposes indicated at letters a) and c) the processing of data is necessary to execute the purchase contract, to which you are a party, with the Company (according to art. 6 par.1 lett. b) of the Regulations). The purpose indicated at letter d) to fulfil any legal obligations to which the data controller is subject (based on art. 6 par. 1 lett. c) of the Regulation). With reference to the purpose indicated at letter b), according to recital 47 of the Regulation, the processing of data is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of SAVIX to ascertain the security of the payments received.
The provision of your Purchase Data is necessary in order to execute the contract of sale between you and SAVIX. If you fail to provide your Purchase Data, you will not be able to conclude the purchase of products through the e-commerce platform of the Site.
Please ensure that your data is correct and, if the Personal Data you have provided us with changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your Purchase Data will be retained by SAVIX for the period of time necessary to deliver the products you have purchased and to fulfil any requests you may have made under the Consumer Code, as well as to comply with civil and tax law obligations and up to the term allowed by Italian law to protect your interests (art. 2946 Italian Civil Code and s.s.).
You have the right to request from SAVIX, after identification, access to your Purchase Data, as well as the rectification or deletion of the same, if the conditions are met. You also have the right to request a copy of your Purchase Data from SAVIX and to request the restriction of the processing of your Purchase Data, where applicable.

In any event, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the Data Protection Authority, if you believe that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.
COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA BY SAVIX TO SMARTSUPP.COM, S.R.O. AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY SMARTSUPP.COM.
If you use the Site, SAVIX will disclose your Personal Data to the company Smartsupp.com, s.r.o., having its registered office at 13 Milady Horakove, Brno 602 00 Czech Republic VAT no.: CZ03668681 (hereinafter “Smartsupp”) for the following purposes
I. obtaining statistical information about the Site;
II. to provide support services for the Site.
The communication by SAVIX of its Data to Smartsupp, for the purposes indicated in points I) and II) and the related processing operations carried out by the latter, are carried out on the basis of SAVIX’s interest in monitoring the proper functioning and use of the Website. With reference to the purpose under II), data processing is carried out if the user voluntarily sends a support request. The processing carried out by Smartsupp consists in providing an interaction service through a live chat platform and also collect usage data related to the pages where it is installed. Data collected via chat will be retained for a period of 12 months, whereas data collected during browsing will be retained for a period of 10 days.
For a description of the commitments and measures adopted by Smartsupp in order to guarantee your privacy, please refer to Smartsupp’s privacy policy, where you will also find the email address to contact the Smartsupp data protection officer and information on the retention time of your Personal Data processed by Smartsupp. You may also contact SAVIX at the email address info@eeclip.com to exercise your rights under point D.
Please note that the disclosure of your Personal Data involves the transfer of your Personal Data to databases located in the territory of the European Union and the transfer of your Transactional Email Data (such as offline emails or copy chat conversations) outside the European Economic Area. Your Transactional Email Data will be transferred to the United States of America, where it will reside on the servers of third party, sub-processors appointed by Smartupp to operate the service. Neither SAVIX nor the controller or sub-controllers will disclose your Personal Data to third parties without your prior consent, except where they are required to do so by law.
COOKIES
The Site makes use of so-called first- and third-party cookies. Cookies are a short string of text that is sent to your browser and possibly saved on your computer, smartphone or any other device you use to access the Internet, every time you visit a website.

NEWSLETTERS AND DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
Among the various services available on the Site, SAVIX offers all users the possibility of requesting the transmission of a newsletter. This is a service that consists of sending e-mails with informative and commercial content to the e-mail box indicated by you. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation.
The Personal Data processed for this purpose consists of your e-mail address, which will be kept for the time strictly necessary to provide you with the requested newsletter service.
You can always unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the link at the bottom of the e-mails.
Furthermore, in some sections of the Site, you may be asked to provide Personal Data. In this case, you will be provided with specific information in accordance with art. 13 of the Regulation and, where necessary, you will be asked to give your consent in relation to specific processing purposes.
SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION
Your data will be processed by the employees and collaborators of SAVIX as persons in charge of the processing and specifically instructed by the Company for this purpose.
Your data may be processed by trusted companies that perform tasks of a technical and organisational nature on behalf of SAVIX. These companies are direct collaborators of SAVIX and are appointed, in accordance with Art. 28 of the Regulation, as data processors and offer sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate measures to ensure that the processing of Personal Data complies with the Regulation and guarantees the protection of the rights of the data subject.
In the context of the data processing carried out through the Site, SAVIX has in particular appointed as data processors the companies in charge of the management and technical maintenance of the Site and the Company’s servers.
As part of the data processing carried out through the e-commerce platform, the data collected may also be shared with the following categories of recipients
companies that perform product shipment/delivery services;
companies that perform additional services related to the service requested;
companies that provide computer system maintenance services.
The data collected may also be processed by third parties, autonomous data controllers, namely
persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consulting services (lawyers, accountants, auditors);
companies that provide credit card payment management services and banking institutions.

Personal data will not be disseminated under any circumstances.
YOURS RIGHTS
You will be able to exercise your rights under data protection legislation at any time.
In particular, if the conditions are met, you may:
receive confirmation of the existence of your Personal Data and access to their content
update, modify and/or correct your Personal Data
request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law or limitation of processing;
oppose for legitimate reasons the processing, where this is based on Art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation;
object to the processing of data for purposes of commercial information and marketing or for the performance of market research or commercial communication;
withdraw consent, where given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
receive a copy of the data you have provided and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.
